Whitmore Notary respects your privacy. This page explains what we do with the information you send us.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form or email us, we collect your name, contact details and what you tell us about your document. To notarise a document we also see your photo ID and proof of address. We use this to confirm your identity, arrange your appointment and carry out the notarial work.

How we hold it

Notaries are required to keep a record of the work they carry out. We hold your details for as long as the law and our professional rules require, and no longer than needed. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Email office@whitmorenotary.co.uk and we will help.
